Your personal and booking information is strictly confidential and will not be used for third party use.


Additionally, our site provides the most up to date safe and secure protection surrounding credit card purchases.

  • Right to Refuse a Patient

Sparta Plaza Hotels has the right to refuse reservation or application from a clent.You will receive a 100% refund in your booking.


Sparta Plaza Hotels does not tolerate hostile customers who threaten or harass staff members in any way. This includes hostile acts in person, over the phone, via email, or Internet with slander or defamation against Sparta Plaza Hotels. If an individual or individuals violate any of these acts, Sparta Plaza Hotels reserves the right to cancel and/or issue a refund, and pursue legal action.

REFUND POLICY


  • Refund Process

If your booking was never reserved, we will provide you with 100% refund of your booking (Or your money if you wish to cancel your booking). This refund is excluded if you incorrectly provided contact. It is important to confirm during the booking process that you have correctly inputted this information.


Due to Sparta Plaza Hotels Regulations, once the booking(s) are in use or used, even for a day, the bookings are no longer seen as unchecked and is unable to be refunded.

  • Cancellation Of Bookings

If you choose to cancel your recent booking that has been confirmed by Sparta Plaza Hotels, please contact us promptly at contact@spartaplazahotel.com


If your booking has been checkedIn by the Hotels management, your booking unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

  • Missing or Damaged Policy

bookings from Sparta Plaza Hotels are fully covered by transit insurance. In an unforeseen circumstance your booking is failed in transit please email us directly at contact@spartaplazahotel.com, and provide a complete detailed description of what has occurred, photo of the damaged booking, along with your name and contact details. We will make it a priority to rectify the issue as soon as possible and if the fault still intend to checkIn, then you will be compensated fully.

  • DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is our general policy to not voluntarily disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. Sparta Plaza Hotels does not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on Sparta Plaza Hotels’s behalf. Similarly, it is against our policy to sell Personal Information collected online without consent.
